The Gifted man offers a secure and efficient way of processing your personal details over the Internet using the latest in SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 128 bit encryption technology.
We provide a choice of either ANZ bank E-gate secure credit card merchant facility or PayPal so you can be sure your details are safe and secure.
Payment Information:
All payments are calculated in Australian Dollars and fall under the Law of the State of Victoria. The Gifted Man accepts, American Express, Diners, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal payments.
GST
The prices throughout this site are in Australian Dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax of 10% where applicable).
Product Availability
The majority of the products appearing on this site are available to ship. Occasionally however, unforeseen circumstances can leave us temporarily out of stock. The Gifted man will notify you if any items on your order are unavailable.
Discontinued/Out of Stock Items
Due to the nature of the retail industry, many products become obsolete or discontinued during the year. Products that are low in stock, fall into this category and are flagged as “Limited Quantity”.
The Gifted man makes every effort to delete such products from the site the moment they become unavailable. If you do place an order for one of these items, and it has subsequently become unavailable, The Gifted Man will contact you immediately and offer a refund or will assist in providing an alternative.
Shipping
All items sent from The Gifted Man are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail or other couriers for oversize/overweight items. Larger items may be delivered by other heavy freight carriers when Australia Post is unable to provide delivery.
Your parcel is required to be signed for when you receive it to protect you from theft. If you are not at home when a driver calls at your home, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office (or freight depot for larger items) for your collection. Aust Post (or the allocated courier) will leave a card for you with instructions on how to collect your delivery. The parcel will remain at the Post Office or freight depot for four (4) weeks. If it is not collected during that time the item will be returned to us at The Gifted Man.
If The Gifted man is to arrange delivery a second time, we have the right to charge you a second freight charge, which must be paid prior to us re-dispatching your goods.
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at The Gifted Man. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

And also include the following information:
• Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email) • Your name and address • A description of the item you are returning • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
Goods Missing / Damaged in Transit
We understand that loss of goods or goods damaged in transit is extremely rare. This is important for you – the customer - to understand, that ownership of the goods shipped to you - passes to you - once they are collected from The Gifted Man by the respective carrier. (This is normal commercial practice)
The Gifted Man does however, insure against this contingency. The Gifted Man pays for this insurance with every delivery to every customer. The Gifted Man will replace goods damaged or missing in transit, once a customer has made an official claim and the respective courier has approved that claim on this insurance. This process does take some time and is out of our control. We do however make every effort to ensure all claims are processed expediently.

Faulty Goods
If for any reason your goods are faulty, normal manufacturer’s warranty applies. This refund/replacement policy does not in any way affect or override any rights that you may have under the Trade Practice Act 1974 or equivalent state or territory legislation.
Delivery Time
Orders placed on The Gifted Man are delivered in most cases via Australia Post and take around 1 to 5 days Registered Post as stated by Australia Post per your delivery code within Australia. On rare occasions some items may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control.
