Shipping and returns

Flat Rate of $9.95 to any location in Australia within the Australia Post delivery network.

Freight on international orders will be calculated based on total weight.

Shipping

Orders placed on The Gifted Man website are delivered in most cases by Australia Post and can take up to 10 days. The Australia Post public website can provide you with average delivery times based on where you live. On some rare occasions some items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our direct control.

Melbourne to Other Capital Cities - 2 - 4 Days

Melbourne to Vic & Tas Country - 2 - 4 Days

Melbourne to NSW & SA Country - 3 – 5 Days

Melbourne to QLD & WA Country - 4 – 8 Days

Melbourne to NT - 4 – 8 Days

Delays at peak times especially Christmas can be experienced. We are unable to guarantee delivery at Christmas for any order completed after 14th December with the exception of Express Post service.

International Shipping

International shipping to selected locations is available. Freight charges will be calculated based on the weight of your parcel.

Goods Missing or Damaged in Transit

We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.

We will not accept liability for non-receipt of delivery if you provide us with incomplete or incorrect delivery address details. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address your goods will not be resent until an additional delivery fee has been paid. If you nominate a business address, it is your responsibility to provide the name of the business as part of your delivery address. Any returned goods due to the omission of a business name will be deemed to be an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Late delivery by our 3rd party delivery agents does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to a refund or allow you to cancel an order.

We will endeavour to assist you when goods go missing, you must first contact Australia Post to make enquiries as to the whereabouts of your item. In some instances your local PO may be holding your goods after attempting delivery.

An item is not deemed to be missing in action until 14 working days after the date of dispatch (working days does not include weekends or public holidays or gazetted Australia Post holidays)

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request to return this item you will need to contact us at sales@thegiftedman.com.au, the following conditions apply:

  • We must be informed within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The cost of returning ‘change of mind’ purchases is that of the consumer
  • You must have an authority number, by contacting us at sales@thegiftedman.com.au, and it must be on the front of the return package or it will be rejected
  • Items must be in original condition with the packaging intact with all manuals and accessories included
  • Items must not have been used or damaged and must be in a re-saleable condition when we receive them
  • The amount refunded will be excluding postage and handling
  • A restocking fee of 10% of product price will be taken from the refund
  • If an exchange is requested, new delivery charges will be applied to the exchange as well as any difference in cost between the products

Refund and Returns

Items not as described or incorrectly dispatched: Your satisfaction is our first priority at The Gifted Man. If your item is not as described, incorrectly dispatched, or damaged in transit please contact us at sales@thegiftedman.com.au within 48 hours.

All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

Faulty Goods

If for any reason your goods are faulty, normal manufacturer’s warranty applies. If your item is faulty you will need an authority number, please contact us at sales@thegiftedman.com.au

The return costs must be paid by you, please include your postage receipt in your packaging. If the item is deemed faulty your postage charge will be refunded back to you. The best packaging to use is the packaging your order was sent in.

The package must have the authority number written on the outside of the package. If there is no authority number on the package, the package will be rejected.

Your returned item will be Assessed and Checked for the fault described by you, if the item assessed has no faults and complies with the Consumer Guarantees, you will be charged for the return postage and handling of this item.

Once we receive your returned item we will examine the item and email you once the assessment is complete.

Generally repairs, replacement and refunds will be finalised within 2 weeks of receipt of item. We exchange items that are faulty, we will refund if the item in question is no longer in stock or is discontinued.

The Gifted Man is not liable for items that you sent that are damaged or lost in transit.

Our Terms and Conditions do not in any way affect or override any rights that you may have under the Trade Practice Act 1974 or equivalent state or territory legislation.
